Thanks for clicking on our story to learn about how we started! At All Day Snacks, we use gluten free, simple ingredients to create nutritious, delicious, and easy-to-make foods that can be enjoyed all day long: breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacktime!

It started in 2018 in our kitchen. Jenny, an amazing friend who changed our lives, introduced us to arepas - the same ones her abuela used to make in Colombia. We ate Jenny's arepas with coffee and hot chocolate in the morning for breakfast, as a healthy bread for our lunch sandwiches, and as a side to our dinners. We even got to experience dessert arepas!

As we knew her limited time in the states was coming to an end, Jenny knew how devastated we were to not only lose her here but also to not longer have her arepas! We knew that if we could make Jenny's family recipe for arepas, we would at least have a piece of her for the future.

Jenny's original arepa recipe has evolved as we try new ingredients but we stay true to being simple, gluten-free, and all of the ingredients are ones that you can pronounce. A properly warmed-up arepa's crunchy crust and chewy inside makes everyone happy.
